Not scrolling & display all logos at once

I make a horizontal carousel. But the images are displayed all at once. No scrolling. Button next/prev. not work.

Probably some kind of conflict

thanks for the quick reply and the desire to help.
All java scripts were at the end of the page (test version). Now I moved them to the header, but the result did not change.
What else can cause a conflict, how it can be traced?

I am having the same problem on Joomla! 3.4.1 Stable [ Ember ] 21-March-2015

When the site is offline and I login as Super User, the module is scrolling and displaying all at once. When I put the site online and I enter as a public, all the logos are shown and no scrolling.

What can I do? Please help me, this is the last thing I need to fix before the launch of the website.
