Drop down problem in IE

Hi guys, ive had to rebuild a client site and re install the Sienna theme. It was 3 years ago I purchased the template from you. Since rebuilding the drop down does not work in IE. Ive searched and found that you released a patch to resolve this. Could I ask that you send me the patch please. This problem is holding up the re deployment. Hope you can help
