I have already done that. My problem is that i have done the payment on 21st august and since then i haven't downloaded even 1 template but still my credit is O. Can u please explain me why...

I've just checked your credits, there's an error. You have downloaded 2 files duplicate, so now you still have 2 available credits to download and i added more 2 credits to your account.

I'm sorry i can't help you in this case, because your account was expired to download. You can renew your membership plan to download, ofcourse you still use current 2 credits to download templates.
