How change the size of side bar layout in Ot_dulcet template was created by Michael Chan

I Like to make the size of side bar of OT-dulcet template bigger .

See attached. How to do it?

Hi,
you can access: Extensions > Templates and choose Dulcet template
Then, in Layout tab, you can drag the block what you can change size
