OT Quick Contact Form was created by Tim Wilkinson

I am only using the contact form section of this module, not the map or information parts. I would however like to remove the subject line from the contact form. I am able to remove it using a template override but then get an error when submitting the form, saying please fill out all sections.

Has anyone tried and/or succeeded in doing a similar thing?
