Latest News as Timeline - in Joomla 2.5? [SOLVED]

I love this extension and it works fine in joomla 3.x However I have a Joomla 2.5.28 site which I don't want to upgrade to 3.x, but would dearly love to use Latest News as Timeline.

Is there a simple!!! edit that I could make to enable the module to run in Joomla 2.5 properly. Everything works except for the View more posts button at the bottom of the timeline.

Any hints would be gratefully appreciated.

I have being debugging this problem and think I have a solution:

I think that Joomla 2.5 does not have com_ajax installed by defualt, so I needed to add this component from:

github.com/Joomla-Ajax-Interface/component/releases

It looks like v 2.5.3 or v 3.0.0 both work at this time.

Now I have Latest News as Timeline working in J2.5!!
