That is Realist template.
You can use Joomfish to translate your site (include theme) into Chinese.
The search form put there for demos purpose only. There is some property / real estate component but almost is Commercial, so we just provide template with design and demo style, not provide real estate component.
You can use some component such as hotproperty , Others real estate components
