Why you don't answer to emails?

I wrote you 3 emails of refund request- that you charged me automatically without that I knew it.
Why no one answer me? this is the service that you give to your clients?
(I bought from you in the past and everything was good -I have a problem only in the last auto charge of 49$).

Hi I sent to you a message via the contact form in the 18.6.12
After that I got an email from duongthetrung@gmail.com -He wrote me at the email
"I will review this transaction by tomorrow, cause i'm busy today"-I dont know where I should resend the email with the issue...please answer and thanks.
