Copyright question - Prestashop templates

I was download free prestashop template - can I change or remove copyright info in module copyright in footer position in this template? In source code all info copyright still and no change.
this template, a read on omegatheme.com web - are on gnu gpl v2 probably...

Can I remove in footer text: design by Omega.....?
I have paid for this template, not download for free.
