I purchased Joomla DEVELOPER for $ 199. Tell me, am I entitled to dispose of the templates at its discretion? That is, is set to any user / sell / lease. If so, what should I do?

You can't sell our template as distributor, but you can download all and use our template for your dev team to work on your projects with the end users.
