Unable to set mobile (xsmall) layout anything except single 12-columns column

Guys, first of all, thank you for your Jarvis Framework - it's really awesome and one of (or, probably on top of) the best. What I'm trying to do is to set ANY possible columns layout on Mobile (Extra Small) view. (using empty Omstarter template). But whichever column widths I set, they always displayed one as 12-column (i.e. one full row). So, instead, let's say one row with 4 / 4 / 4 i always get THREE rows with single 12-columns width column on each of them. Please, check attached images, there are screenshots of what I want:

Also, looking into the code Jarvis generates: , I suppose, that something wrong happens when specific file works: <JOOMLA-DIR>/plugins/system/jarvis/lib/jarvis/template/LayoutColumn.php - correct number of columns are recorded to configs of template (I checked MySql), but when it's taken from there, it generates only single dumb 12-columns. If I could do programming, I'd probably sent you a solution, but it's really a little over my forces..
