OT Upcoming Events - No end time

When setting the component OT Upcoming Events for a new event I notice that the end time field under details Does not change the count down timer value. The Help Tip indicates that this field is a description not a time.
Can you advise because I need the countdown timer to count to the nearest hour not day

This component wil count down from now to start date time (include time)
end time will just shown to front end to know when event end to front-end

Thanks for the reply. But it doesn't work like that on my website.
I am displaying the countdown circles on my home page. Changing 'Start Date', Start Time' and 'End Time' has no effect or change on the displayed circles 'countdown time'. Changing 'End Date' causes the circles to change the displayed 'countdown time' by the number of days I change the 'End Date' value.
