Main Menu padding was created by geppo geppo

Hi!
I have to change the distance between menu element 'cause there's not enough space for all voices.

The problem is that i can't figure out what to change 'cause if i change padding i get the right background image of the selected voice misaligned.
The strange thing is that now if I increasee "top" padding, it gets up instead of down....
Anyone can help me?
