Related product tab by default

Thanks for all your help first.
I wonder if it is possible to display as the default tab of related products. I think this way is easier to buy for the user. Unfortunately, I know almost nothing about php to locate the change.
This is a sample of my website:

The default tab is product description but is better show related products first o tab default...

but not so in Opera and Explorer curiously

Just move the code for related products:
