cannot log in

Hi,

When I try to download the template, I get an error saying password not recognised. I know the password is right because I have just sign up to this website. Can someone please tell me what the problem might be

You should use the same account login website to download template.

There must be something I am missing here. I can log into the members area but, the same credentials don't work when I try to download the template. I have tried so many times I have literally given up hope on downloading it. Am I doing something wrong or I am missing something? Please help
