Error 404: User Registration

Do you have to replace them all or just the at the end...?

Perfect, that worked! Now the problem is, when we give the record button at the end to complete the form (page disappears 404), but continued in the form page (nothing appears informing us about the correct recording)

When I press the record button (completed registration form), solved the problem of page 404, but now redirect me to the registration form, without the registered user message and sending the email, .... irregular behavior.
