dropdown (menu) problem

I have a problem with the drop-down menu, not deployed unless the item is selected parent menu. and would like to change it to submenu options appear just hovering above.

I use Joomla 2.5 and multilanguage.

go to each menu created for each language: module manager - your menu - click.
find the right to set basic options.
