Template Ot Book Store for Joomla 2.5

I need help with the language. English-gb comes with template but when I try English US from Joomla, the banner disappears. I have tried multiple prior versions of English but the banner that comes with the template (the one that shows the books) disappears.

Please help!!!!

Problem Solved. Just like with most things, if you wait long enough and research (and pray), the answer will come. The latest language pack (English) seems to disable virtuemart (at least for me) and was stuck on English GB (or UK). This effectively kept the currency at English-GB.


To get currency to change:

- keep Language at English-GB.

- make sure virtuemart and virtuemart-aio were updated first by going to Components, then to both virtuemart and virtuemart-aio. If an update is needed, each will have a link to upgrade it.

then:

- goto Components, then virtuemart
- click on Orders and Shoppers
- tick or "check" the super user
- then click "is a vendor" button
(this will make vendor tab show if not seen)
- then click on the super user itself
- on the vendors tab, under currency, "change currency" and "accepted currency" as needed
