Custom fields no longer displaying on product page after upgrading

I have downloaded the upgrade patch for upgrading to VM 2.0.6, with Joomla 2.5.6. I have also tested it with VM 2.0.12, and it seems to work OK. My problem is, that my custom fields are no longer displaying on the product page. I have searched the VM forum, and this doesn't seem to be a Virtuemart problem. Is it a problem with the OT Bookstore template? How can I get my custom fields to display again above the product long description?
