Get subcategories of parent category

Hello friends, do you know some module or trick to get children of parent category?

For example:
Home
-sub1
-sub2
-sub2.1
-sub3

I'd like to display the children of Home: sub1,sub2,sub2.1,sub3
(like as "where are you")

What type of category do you mean (joomla article category or VM product category)?

If VM product category, there is many module allows you do that. Just go to this link and try some modules such as: VirtueMart Full Category List Menu Module, OS Virtuemart Dropdown Category, Glim Child Categories for Virtuemart, Ajax Drop Down Categories for Virtuemart Extended, etc.

(please make sure that module is compatiple with your current VM version).
