Old J1.5 template with Virtuemart 2.0

Old J1.5 template with Virtuemart 2.0 was created by Raiwin C.

Now, I use quickstart Joomla 1.5 template (with Virtuemart 1.1.9). Can i upgarde only Virtuemart component to version 2.0? What version of OT Boutique Box template that i need to reinstall for compatible with Virtuemart 2.0?
