Page Title still saying Boutique Box

Ive changed my site title in all the Global config files, but for some reason it's still saying "Welcome to OT Boutique Box Online Store" in my title on my main page.

Please help - how do I get rid of this?

That is the title for page Home.
To change, you need goto backend, navigate to Menus --> Main menu. Then choose menu item "Home" to edit. Then at the right side, there is "Page Display Options" and you can change page title there.
