hello. how to enable the shopping cart, and change it soon, and would also like to know how I do to put latest products, I am not able to understand how to properly thank you

Hi,
You need download Virtuemart 2.0 and then install as a component, then assign component to a menu called "Shopping" for example.

You can install the quickstart demo package and you'll have a completed site and shopping cart.
