Disappear last node after save

Hi,
I use OT Brand Maps and have big problem with nodes.
After open module, nothing changing and save, the last node disappear from list!
I do this several times and always have the same problem .

This issue looks like:
1. Add several address to the OT Brand Maps module, for example 30 different address and save changes.
2. Now I see only 29 addresses! Do not change anything, only save without closing module.
3. Now I see only 28 addresses!

Always when save module the last address disappear from list.

I have checked module on joomla version 3.4, 3.5 and add more 35 address (field "Address" of infomation not be empty), It's working. I do not see bugs as you describe.
