Not displaying map

I have seen that there have been previous posts regarding OT Brand Maps not displaying the map but have found no answer as to how to solve it. Reading various articles seems to refer to requiring a Google Maps API key but like other users have found no where to enter it. Please can you advise further on this.

I have got an API key and entered it in the fieldsuffix ID as per a previous post, but I still get the grey screen for the module
