Cant login to download?

I know I have the credentials to login, but it wont even let me download this free template, coould someone help...Ive been downloading templates for almost a year from you guys, and havent had any issues...

ok, figured it out, it was the Caps, my official loging its cap'd but when I look at my name logged in, its not... so I tried it all lowercase and it worked... sorry for the bother...
