Main Menu Color Costumization was created by Francisco Cabral

Hello

How can I customize the color of the main menu on the top?

I what this colors:

#009846
#A8D4AF
#FFED00
#E31E24

I put this HEX code in to the CSS Style, but I can't get the color to change.
