Error 1064 - Joomla 3.4 on OT Tree Template was created by Wajahat Karim

I was trying to install OT Tree Template on Joomla 3.4, but getting this error. Kindly help

Hi,

The problem from mysql query limited, you should contact your hosting provider and request increase it
