I have other question:

when I log in page takes me to a form that I would like to edit. I look for all user plug-in on joomla but not found it. i try to edit the file my root joomla/ components / com_users / views / registration / view.html.php but got nothing.

1. you have to edit any files? That may be the cause of the error. Please send me your account detail( FTP, Joomla so i can help you) - services[at]omegatheme[dot]com

2. Registration form:
- You can go to Components -> K2 -> Parameters -> Advanced -> Enable K2 User Profile : No
- Or you can edit file "../templates/ot_naturalcosmetics/html/com_k2/templates/register.php"
