Layout Hook Problem

I purchased the OT digitalbox theme but I can't seem to get it configured correctly
like other posts I have seen the module/page layout is all messed up and
the documentation included is not all that helpful
how can I correct the hooks and module placement so that it looks as it should
I am using prestashop 1.5.6.1

Did you install quickstart package or just install theme zip file ?

the theme files Prestashop was already installed
you can view it at tekwave.ca

I have most things sorted out on the main page now but
the other pages not so much
all I really need is clear direction on what modules to hook where
and what default modules should be disabled
many of the modules I try to move according to the modules/hooks
details in the pdf guide can not be moved
