Accent on Tittles is not working on the front

Accent on Tittles is not working on the front was created by efra cand

On every tittle of article or category that have accent the letter with the accent on the front disappear.
I installed Spanish language for the front and the template is not rendering the accent correctly

Ex K2 category name on the back: Coordinación
On the front: Coordinacin

how can I fix that
please help
