Menu is not worrking good

i am have a proble with menu and i dont know how to resolve this i instaled the tamplate and was manu good
and when i re-instal site its look like this i reinstal site many times someone know how to resolve this?

I think your css doesn't work or it loads false. If you can submit your site url then i can see and check it.

Im having the same problem with the main menu displaying vertically(downward)instead of horizontally whenever I add a just a phone number to any of the module position top1-2, top1-3 etc... What was the solution for this problem.

Ps. The website is not online yet, still under development on my localhost

Reinstall menu and it resolved
