disable mobile layout

I have a probleme with template Ot Dulcet
I want to disable mobile version ans layout, i mean i want to have the classic template on mobile also

1. You should create backup copy 2 css file: to Then remove its (bootstrap-responsive.min.css, bootstrap-responsive-rtl.css) css content => 2 empty files.

2. Do the same with

3. Delete all code in this file and then save

templates/ot_xxx/html/mod_omgmenu/default_mobile.php

if you can't find this file above then you can find it in

modules/mod_omgmenu/tmpl/default_mobile.php

But how can i create a backup?i rename just the file to css.back no?
and for the thow files : media/jui/js/respond.js
media/jui/js/respond.min.js
there are in pluging i think no?
