Error message above OT Scroller

Hello, Thank you for this great template. I'd like to ask some help. After installing the template with kickstarter I got this error message above OT Scroller:

Well but this does not solve the problem alone avoids presenting the error, what I need is to solve the same as I can not think that all hosting servers have to do this that tells me. Although in my case I can do because I'm on a local machine but when I get on the hosting not will do as it is a rented server.
