remove social block was created by Dim San
Would anyone please advise, how can I remove the block with Twitter & RSS Feed, saying about 12345 Followers?

Hello,
You can find it in Module manager at backend, find module name "Custom Social". It assigned to position: Sidebar-2 and disable it.
