No Popup submenu

No Popup submenu was created by Karl Genser

I want to use a new template for my homepage. So i try to use OT dulcet. My problem is the submenus allways showed unter the mainmenus and there ist no Popupfunktion. I am a newcomer, please can you help me.

Hi,

You should install quickstart package with demo data, so it's easier with you (tutorial here: www.omegatheme.com/documentation/70-joom...l-quickstart-package )
