Changing Template Style was created by TLC WEB SOLUTION

Hello,

I would like to change the template style from default blue color to something else. Where do i select the style? I have checked in the template manager and cant seems to find it.

Pls it is urgent

It's has solid color only, but you can change background, text links, ....
