Modification to this template

Hi, i really love this template, but i would liek to have it in fluid width. So no matter the size of the screen, we would always see 100% of it but in different size.

Right now it is ok on my pc, but if i look at it on a smartphones or pad, the page is cut, because nothing resize by itself.

How much would it cost to have it in fluid width ?
