I can not add action="anyfile" in my form (This form in Module name Custom HTML)

Yes, I use No Editer. But it's same.

When I edit without editor and I save it return to default form

<form method="post" accept-charset="utf-8">

I can edit and save

<form method="post" accept-charset="utf-8" target="_blank">

But, I can edit and save

<form method="post" accept-charset="utf-8" action="checkpass.php">

Maybe it removed for secure, you should build a new module
