I bought OT Family Doctor.

Is there any way to make the automatic slideshow scrolling ? Or maybe an update of the extension ?
What do you recommend ?

You can edit file /modules/mod_ot_k2slideshow/tmpl/default.php and find the code:

Part of the message is hidden for the guests. Please log in or register to see it.

then change the autoPlay value to 1. Save it and try.

Can this be changed to FADE too ? transition: Fx.Transitions.linear

Anyway I've changed it too, but no transition changed.

Any solution ?

For fadding effect, you need:
+ download this file github.com/celticwolf/noobSlide/blob/master/_class.noobSlide.js and upload to override the current one in module.
+ Change the previous code (in previous post) to:
