DISQUS Comment System Enable?

DISQUS Comment System Enable? was created by Rafael Cordeiro

After doing all obvious steps the DISQUS Comment System Plugin still dosen't show up.

I have:

-Installed the PLugin
-Activated
-Created DISQUS account
-Registered the shortname (subdmain on disqus)
-Assigned it to all pages
No success. Any further steps that need to be done?
