Scroll Page don't work until all elements are loaded

We have a problem with the template OT Fashion.
When all elements are loading, the scroll don't work and the page up to top and have to wait to load everything to work the vertical scroll bar.
This've tested in Chrome, Mozilla and IE
The site is www.fundacioncorazonesazules.com/web
It's a real problem because it seems that the site is not working for the user.

Hello, you can fix it by remove scrolling script, edit /templates/ot_fashion/scripts/otscript.js and remove all codes in it(leave it as blank file).
