OT Simple Tabs was created by Sid bern

I am looking to reinstall the OT simple tab, but I cant find it anywhere, can you please point me in the right direction. I know you have OT Mini tab but that is not what I am looking for, I prefer the simple tab.

You can find it in your template package, it's stored in extensions folder.
