Problem with internet explorer 9 and lower

i'm trying to set up the website with this template but on internet explorer 9 and lower it is not showing correctly.
But your website says it is working with IE7 and up.
website is working with Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari.

do you know what the problem is?
