Problem with changing the language was created by Dennis Hauser

Just a quick question.
When i change to another language (Language manager) the template is messed up.
And Virtuemart doesn't show any products.
When i change back to en-GB everything is normal again.
Do you have the solution?

When you change language then you must create or edit modules, contents, product in that language.
