When you active your language you should create module, all product in your language too.

Hi,
If you use 2 languages, you need create once more modules for Russian. For example, 1 login module assigned to English, 1 login module assigned to Russian.

If you just use Russian, you need assign all modules to Russian or All language.

For products modules and VM pages, there is no products for Russian now. You need to read Virtuemart document to know clearly how to translate all categories and all products to other languages.
