Because your product has attribute(s) so user need to go to detail page to select attribute before add to cart.

Hello! On the main page (featured products) "Add to cart" buttons dont add item to cart, they show product details actually.
Because your product has attribute(s) so user need to go to detail page to select attribute before add to cart.
