OT K2 Slideshow

When i publish the OT K2 Slideshow (attached with the original template that i purchased), position = banner => the website is down: blank page!

from where i can install K2 component? maybe i have a bad version?

i'm using joomla 2.5

I install and configured banner slide show for you. It's working with K2 component items, so if you need change it, just edit k2 items sample article.

how did u do that? sorry but i have to understand, what was the pbm. cause every time i'm asking you that, you resolve it and i still not know what shall i do for the next time!

This module work with K2 item, it will show k2 articles as image slideshow.

I have had this same problems for almost a month. And support takes almost 24hrs to respond, you do understand when you are working with clients they don't want to hear excuses they want results and positive results at that. I was already thinking of upgrading to the developer subscription but with this type of support, I serious thinking twice about it. Anyways below is my link

It's up to you cause error that you was request is from user ending, so we just support as suggest and help you resolve error without update product.

You should insert image into your k2 items, that's it
