pdf dont work

In the configuration.php there is the right path:
var $tmp_path = '/var/www/htdocs/ks24120/html/tmp';
And the Folder has the permission 777.
But it dont work.

I suggest that you can install the site in other host to make sure you got the Joomla! supported host or not.
