or you can try remove or comment Disqus on code file.
The path file: root / templates/ ot_keila / html / com_content / article / default.php line 167.

Only deleting whole line 167 not works.

I hope, you have my point of view.
I want to delete whole Disqus from web, turn it off.
Don't need any comments system active on website.
